I also have a second USB foot pedal (nearly new) and it is not being detected either. When I click 'test profile' the software recognizes all of the input on the wheel and shifter, but not the pedals. It flat won't find it at all even using the USB attach function. I've reinstalled the software, downloaded similar software from different manufacturers that utilize this particular pedal and I'm encountering the same problem. I'm almost 100% sure this is not an issue with the software. Last week I took a small break, sat back down at the computer and the device is no longer being detected by the program. I think it's technically akin to a large 3 button keyboard. I think it's like more the other devices that are 'supported' (mouse,keyboard, barcode scanners.) then the non supported list.

I'm using a USB transcription foot pedal along with transcriber software. I'm not sure, but I think that the foot pedal should work with device level redirection.
